WEDDING CEREMONIES AT ‘THE ROCK’.

We cater from 4 to 200 in our function rooms. To ensure that your date will be free please book early.

The Rock is also licensed to hold Wedding Ceremonies with a choice of venues:

• The Emerald Suite (maximum 15 people)
• The Sapphire Suite (maximum 50 people)
• Amethyst Suite (maximum 200 people)

In order to make your day extra special we can provide all of the following as part of one package:

• Room hire for your wedding breakfast and evening reception when
  booked as a package.

• The use of our cake stand and knife.

• Complimentary accommodation for the Bride and Groom in one of our
  executive rooms (if booked in advance).

• Changing room provided (if available).

• Suggested Top Table Seating Plan.

• Master of Ceremonies/Toast master (member of Hotel
  management).

• Public Address System.

• Children’s meals - half portions can be served for children under
  twelve with a 25% discount. Alternatively we can accommodate
  individual children’s dietary needs.

• Ample free parking for up to 120 cars.

• Complimentary 1st Anniversary Dinner.

• Your own wedding coordinator.

• Special accommodation rates for your guests.

• Complimentary congratulatory balloons (evening reception).

A 10% discount will be given to weddings held during the months of January and February, with a minimum number of 40 adults for the day reception and the evening buffet package for a minimum of 100 guests.

We are also fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies

ENTERTAINMENT.

Our in house DJ will liaise with you from the moment your big day is booked.
They will put together a compilation of all your favourite tunes for the evening.

At the Rock the ‘Disco’ incorporates the use of a ‘Sound Ceiling’ which is unique in Yorkshire. The music can be enjoyed by all as it creates high quality sound above the dance floor but is unobtrusive elsewhere.

Sunday Evening Celebrations, commence at 7.00pm and finish at 11.30pm.
